A specialist care home registered with the Care Quality Commission, The Woodlands, situated in Wolstanton, Staffordshire, offers a community living environment for adults with learning disabilities.
Our aim is to improve our service users’ quality of life by supporting them to achieve their own personal goals and aspirations, and providing them with the opportunity to move on and enjoy a fulfilling life.
We provide individual support to adults with a primary diagnosis of learning disability and complex needs, and who are not sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
Individuals living at The Woodlands will typically have stepped down from a more secure environment or stepped up from community living. They are likely to need a period of slow rehabilitation to prepare them for reintegration back into the community.
