Lighthouse supports individuals with a variety of complex mental health needs.
Once referred, we adopt a multi-disciplinary team approach to the care of our patients. This team is typically made up of consultant psychiatrists, clinical and forensic psychologists, nurses and occupational therapist.
Our teams have access to a range of interventions and treatments to provide a holistic approach to patient care. Typically the patients we admit have a primary diagnosis of mental disorder but secondary conditions can include substance misuse issues, personality disorder and mild learning disability.
Our person-centred care planning ensures each person is involved in every aspect of their care pathway. Their progress is continually monitored and appraised with regular reviews of outcomes, in partnership with the person themselves, commissioning agencies, family members, independent advocates and others. Several of our facilities also offer female-only environments.
