Our people
We employ our own teams of specialist clinical and professional staff. The breadth of expertise and knowledge across the Lighthouse Healthcare Group means that we are able to offer wide-ranging professional treatment and care to adults with complex and often challenging needs.
A structure of experienced clinicians and healthcare managers direct our services. They are supported by consultant-led multidisciplinary teams. All our hospital managers are registered nurses and our community facilities are headed up by appropriately qualified care managers.
