Lighthouse offers a range of specialist men and women's mental health care services to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health problems and personality disorders.
Our mental health hospitals and learning disability care home services are designed to provide small group living, engagement in the community and the opportunity to develop new lifestyle choices as a key part of recovery to better health and developing greater independence, self-esteem and confidence.

Our Specialist Services
We operate six
specialist mental health hospitals and two care homes with nursing in England
and Wales as well as offer low secure mental health care. All are
registered with CQC or HIW.
