A specialist care home registered with the Care Quality Commission, Chesterfield House, situated in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire, offers a community living environment for adults with learning disabilities.
Our aim is to enable the individual to gain as much independence, positive identity, self-esteem and personal control over their life, as is realistically applicable to their age and personal development.
We provide individual support to adults with a primary diagnosis of learning disability and complex needs, and who are not sectioned under the Mental Health Act.
Typical previous placements may include acute settings, community residential placements, residential settings and forensic and probation services.
